1' From the Sea, Villa with Garden in Cagliari

The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. If you love long sandy beaches, the location is excellent, just a short walk from Poetto Beach. We especially appreciated the large connected front and back garden with several entrances, the beautiful landscaping, and the outdoor shower in the backyard after returning from the beach. The washing machine was a very welcome surprise during our stay. The layout of the apartment was excellent. Every room was thoughtfully designed and felt just the right size, making the space comfortable and practical to live in. We are also very grateful that we were welcomed as a family travelling with dogs. That made our stay possible.

Unfortunately, the host did not reply to any of the questions we sent during our week-long stay. We also would have appreciated a little more privacy. The upstairs neighbours entrance stairs were directly in front of the living room window, and the outdoor security cameras were pointed toward the main seating area in the garden, which felt a bit uncomfortable. The sound insulation between the apartments could also be better. During part of our stay, the upstairs guests frequently dragged chairs across the floor, and the noise carried very clearly into the apartment.
