Location was great and is walking distance to uptown mall and restaurants. The only hassle is that the bathroom doesn’t have shower curtains and water from shower spills over and floods the floor.
The only hassle is that there is no direct lobby access to the streets. It’s hard to get a grab/taxi with luggage. But there is still a work around so everything turned out fine.

property is clean and spacious. a little dated. view is amazing. place is close to a lot of restaurants and shops. property is responsive to inquiries. amenities are included. there’s a parking spot for our car. the staff at the building were all nice.
maybe the rate can be a little lower.
