    Overall a great experience except for the malfunctioning TV that is barely smart. For this price point a true smart TV is expected.

    Kids enjoyed the adventure zone! They were very considerate of us and prepared a special treat for our birthday girl and kids. Buffet spread was worth the pay. FO personnel are all accommodating and helpful. Pool was well maintained, gym is clean with a shop were you can buy fresh smoothies. Location was close to shopping area, restaurants around. This place is one for the books! Must book for great experience. Worth the pay.

    Grateful for the complimentary birthday set-up and late check-out extended to us during my birthday staycation.

    Been on several 5 star hotels all around the globe and this is the first time I saw a cockroach on the restroom. It almost bit my daughter. Please do thorough cleaning or better yet do pest control. The location is perfect and the staff carries Filipino warmth. Sadly, the trip just ended badly because of this.
