    Had an amazing stay at Shangri-La The Fort! The hotel was luxurious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

    Been on several 5 star hotels all around the globe and this is the first time I saw a cockroach on the restroom. It almost bit my daughter. Please do thorough cleaning or better yet do pest control. The location is perfect and the staff carries Filipino warmth. Sadly, the trip just ended badly because of this.
