George, the host was very accomodating and responded to emails/inquiries pretty quickly. There was some mishap with the concierge downstairs (that was not his fault), and he was very apologetic&had matters resolved quickly.
Loved the location!! Across from Mitsukoshi, Landers was downstairs, and the mall was a block away. So many great places to eat.
The price was a bit more than neighboring properties, but the location was within a block or two from the places we wanted to go. All in all, couldn't complain. Worth the value.
