    Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I would like to share some feedback regarding housekeeping. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, as the floor was not vacuumed thoroughly every day and we noticed hair and some dirt still left on the floor. We also had to request toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner because they were not provided right away. We remember that before, these were already placed in the room and replenished regularly. I hope the housekeeping team can give a little more attention to these details. We love staying at Shangri-La, and we hope to see the same high standard of cleanliness and service that we experienced before. Thank you!

    Problem with Agoda. I booked Residences but Agoda used another third party platform so when guest arrived at the Shangri La The Fort Residences, she was directed to the Shangri La Hotel. Won't be using Agoda to book Shangri La in the future.
