    Problem with Agoda. I booked Residences but Agoda used another third party platform so when guest arrived at the Shangri La The Fort Residences, she was directed to the Shangri La Hotel. Won't be using Agoda to book Shangri La in the future.

    My parents, my husband and I stayed in the 2 bedroom unit of the Shangrila Residences from 2/10 to 2/17 2025. It had 2 bedrooms, one primary with en suite bathroom with shower and tub and king bed, and a smaller bedroom with 2 doubles and a hallway bathroom, full kitchen, dining area and living room. Size was more than 1500 sq feet. It had daily cleaning service and concierge and top notch security. You can use hotel amenities such as Kerry Sports which we took full advantage of and the swimming pools. We decided to stay in BGC due to our appointments at St. Luke’s Medical Center. It was a 7 minute walk 2 blocks away. There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at this property. We were so glad to have chosen it over other apartment hotels in the area.
