    We really enjoyed our stay here! The bed was soft and comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and the place was quiet and relaxing. We also loved the location and the pool area, especially the convenient coffee vending machine. Overall, a great stay, and we would definitely come back!

    A well-located stay with excellent access to shopping and easy walkability. The room was a good size and the property was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, while the facilities added to a comfortable visit. Overall, it offers a strong balance of comfort, convenience and value for money.

    I last stayed at Brittany Hotel back in 2023. At the time it felt like great value for money (since hotels in BGC are comparatively quite expensive). But this time, it is quite evident that the upkeep has been lacking behind. Some non-exhaustive examples of the lacking maintenance / upkeep: - The sliding door to the toilet was not smooth at all. Takes quite a bit of strength to push the door open or close. - The lifts make a lot of noise. - Somehow they are "out of stock" for hand towels. - The sofa in the room is incredibly squeaky, and too soft too (but that may be the original design, not sure). - When I enquired about paying for a room upgrade, they allowed me to visit the other available higher priced rooms. One of these rooms' door could not even be smoothly opened. The door frame had significant wear & tear on it. Separate from the maintenance, they don't provide additional drinking water for free apart from the 2 bottles of water per day. This was slightly bothersome. None of this is the staff's fault by the way. They were incredibly helpful and tried to accommodate as much as possible. I think the hotel's management needs to set aside a larger budget to give the place a renovation.
