Location and the big room plug the 711 next to the hotel
A little dirty specks in bed and furniture, tv didn’t work

this is the fourth time i have stayed here and i will continue to return because it is a perfect location for my needs , the staff are very friendly and it is good value for my money it is walking distane to both ayala mall and the MRT station
would be nice if there is a on site restaurant for breakfast

The facilities and property are beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The rooms are spacious, and you can move around comfortably, especially in the room where we stayed—you get a view of the surroundings outside the building.

Had to step over barh to get shower. Bath rail came off the wall
