    I’ve stayed here many times when it was still Maxwell Hotel, and I used to really like it. The location is nice and having a parking space was always a big plus for us.But since the management changed to WJV, it’s been a BIG DOWNGRADE !!!!!!! The front desk now looks cheap because of the artificial flowers, and nothing else seems to have been updated. The bathrooms are not that clean in the front office. In Room 214 the hot shower was broken.They didn’t even change the curtains 😂 The CR also had a bad smell. The most disappointing part? They haven’t upgraded the hotel at all, but they increased the room rates. This will be our last stay. Is this really the WJV standard now — downgrade everything but charge more?

    Its an old hotel, staff is ok. They cater to our complaints right away. Aircon is not so cold, CR is not so clean, old. Gave us water and toiletries on our first day only. Location is ok .
