    This place is an ancestral house in the heart of the city. Experience the Spanish colonial era of the Philippines with the beautiful wooden house and an awesome bar all in one. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

    Plus point: One of the female staff followed up instantly to get the problem fixed after my feedback to her that the bed number 12...the sharp acrylic numbering piece which was protruding out and posed a safety hazard. Minus points: 1. The room was kind of experiencing some earthquake every morning hours as the bed kept rocking when many people were moving around.... because the entire room and floor is on wooden flooring...not very solid type... which disrupt the sleep. 2. The bed and cubicle is a bit tight...as compared to some other hostels.
