    The Place is very cozy and comfy to stay, the staffs are very accomodating, smiling and friendly. The food and services are great for the 3rd time we came here and stay.

    My daughter and I stayed at Harold’s Hotel overnight on October 22, 2026, and booked an Executive Suite expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially considering that we arrived late after an international flight and were already exhausted from our journey. Upon entering our room, I was surprised to find that it had not been properly prepared for guests. There was no tissue box, and when I requested bathrobes, I was given one that was torn and appeared heavily worn. The room also could not be locked from the inside, which raised concerns about our safety and security. To make matters worse, the shampoo and body wash had not been refilled. There was so little left that I had to ask my daughter to save some for me so that I could use them when taking my own bath. These are basic amenities that guests should not have to worry about, particularly when staying in an Executive Suite. We also received no proper briefing regarding breakfast arrangements or the hotel’s Wi-Fi. I had to call the reception myself to obtain the Wi-Fi information after we had already reached our room. I understand that hotels can have occasional shortcomings, but the lack of preparation, attention to detail, and basic guest service made our stay far from what we expected. After a long international flight, the least a guest hopes for is a clean, secure, and fully equipped room, along with clear information about hotel services. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its room preparation, maintenance, housekeeping standards, and guest orientation. Guests who book an Executive Suite should be able to expect a level of comfort, quality, and service that reflects the room category and the price they pay.
