    Staff was rude and not accommodating, now that college is across the street it is very noisy with loud music ,people yelling at all hours at night and marathon run starting with loud loud music and yelling, you dont get a good night sleep there any more, and the staff was rude and they all seemed to have bad insensitive attitudes at all times. It used to be a good Hotel to stay at ,BUT , not anymore !

    Club close by has loud dance thump thump music until 5am which spoiled our stay twice this year. A real shame as we really like the hotel and it’s been our favoured place to stay up till now.

    Nice rooms. Nice help. Clean. Warm showers, but not hot. Very hard mattress and terribly lumpy pillows. But the biggest reason I’ll never go back is the street noise. Almost impossible to sleep without being awakened numerous times from honking cars and busses. This place is surrounded by noise and poorly made windows.
