    I stayed for 8 nights and 9 days and it’s just in my own room. Area is solemn, I loved the location near the church, less car, less noise and you can rest well. Breakfast prepared so well. It’s my 7th time already staying with St. Mark. Improvements are nice such as adding an internet TV in every room. My 1st choice hotel here in Cebu City.

    The staff are very polite and helpful. Also, request are fulfilled very fast. The price is also very worth it with the room we have occupied—clean, complete, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast also tastes good and sufficient choices per day. I would book here again if we'll visit Cebu City in the future.

    Not the best experience. The staff were neither accommodating nor friendly, and we did not feel welcomed during our stay. Better customer service and hospitality would have made a significant difference. The staff would benefit from customer service and hospitality training. Improving how they interact with guests would greatly enhance the overall experience.
