    The hotel is as asvertised . We booked the family suite and it was just right for the 4 of us . It is right at the heart of the city so it is easy to travel to Fuente, Colon, Ayala,SM city . We had a doctor’s appointment in Velez/Healthway clinic and this hotel is just across

    PROS: Mostly good – Fourth time staying. CONS: Poor wi-fi. REVIEW:  Stayed Sep-2025 for 2 nights in superior deluxe without breakfast. Arrived at 11am and guard helped with luggage from taxi to the lift as reception is on the third floor. The hotel stored our luggage whilst we went out to lunch. We returned after 12pm and checked-in to our room on sixth floor.  A key-card is needed for the 2-lifts.  2*350ml bottled water supplied daily. Kettle and cups but no coffee or tea. Fridge in room.  Air-con is a portable unit with manual settings.  Shower area is a bit small and separated from the rest of the bathroom by a shower curtain. The bathroom glass door did not close.  Safety box was faulty and the front panel was replaced. The next day the batteries were replaced.  We were on the sixth floor when the September earthquake struck Cebu. The window which did not close properly rattled loudly during the earthquake so it helped alert me to what was happening. The guests on our floor evacuated the building using the stairs. We were in our room the following night when there was another earthquake tremor but it stopped when we opened the door.  Ground floor had a laundry (drop off and collect – not self-service) which we used.  This is my fourth time staying here. NEGATIVES:  Wi-fi constantly dropping out. Voucher expired after 1 day, got another one valid for 3 days.
