Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing.
The hotel is located in a crowded residential area that feels more like a squatter/community area, and the location is not very accessible, especially for vehicles. The road directly near the hotel is one-way, so if you need to approach from the other direction, you have to take a much longer route. This can be quite inconvenient, particularly if you are carrying luggage or traveling by car.
Another major issue is their strict guest policy. You are required to pay ₱600 for every additional guest, even if the person is only visiting briefly to pick up or get something and will not be staying in the room overnight. This was unexpected and feels excessive, especially for short visits.
The room itself also needs improvement. There is no hot shower—only cold water, which can be uncomfortable. The air-conditioning was also inadequate and did not cool the room properly, making the room uncomfortably warm, especially at night.
The Wi-Fi is another major problem. The connection is extremely slow and unreliable, making it unsuitable for anyone who needs to work remotely, attend online meetings, or handle work that requires a stable internet connection. If you are a business traveler or planning to work during your stay, I would not recommend relying on their Wi-Fi.
Overall, the location, accessibility, additional guest charges, poor Wi-Fi, and inadequate room amenities made the stay much less comfortable than expected. Hopefully, the management can address these concerns and improve the overall guest experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was also quiet and convenient. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience staying here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the poor Wi-Fi connection. Other than that, everything was totally good! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
