Booked an overnight for my parents. First of all the staff assigned from checking in up until 24/7 front desk assistance is great. We were handled ver well especially by the front desk staff. My parents are tired from their trip from province and luckily they were entertained immediately. They're even given a good gesture. Aside from the amazing staff, the amenities and facilities are also nice. They have elevator. The room is also spacious and secure as it has double door you can lock. The room is very clean and looks well maintained. The bathroom is also clean, and they even have working hot shower. AC is also working fine. They even have television to keep you entertained and offers free wifi. Over all, the stay may be short but is worth every single peso. We'll definitely book in this hotel again soon. 💯💯

I book a VIP room and I was not expecting that it huge very comfortable to stay.

This is located in a very convenient location. A few blocks away to Magellan’s Cross, Cathedral, Sto. Niño, and Puso Village. Mcdonald’s and Jollibee is just across the street. Watson’s and 7/11 is a few steps away. Cleanliness should be improved, especially the smell of the bathroom. Hopefully, they also look into getting better cleaning products in the future. Still, great value and cheap price for its location and convenience!

The check in was ok and the room on first inspection was adequate. However we later discovered that there was no water to the sink or toilet. We found a value that could allow water to the toilet and sink but it leaked constantly. We didn’t have WiFi for our phones and television and we contacted reception, who came and looked at it and offered us a movement of rooms. It was late in day and we didn’t want the stress. No toilet paper was supplied. The room was incredibly noisy from outside and the tatty roller blind did Nothing to stop the light from outside. The worst was sorting breakfast in the morning as we rang down to reception to order as advised on check in and they told us to order anything from the menus. We ordered two things from the breakfast menu and checked out. They told us they would looked after our luggage the day before but when check out came they said they couldn’t look after all of it. Just the large suitcases. We left he cases with them and explored the city with heavy backpacks. Coming back to the hotel to collect the cases we were told we couldn’t have our luggage until the breakfast was paid for. This was included in our room rate when we checked in. We explained and showed the confirmation email and the owner was abrupt and delayed returning our luggage. The whole experience was awful and made us feel very uncomfortable. If I was in the area again I would not book this hotel or recommend to other revellers.
