▪️ Management responded quickly to hot water issue
▪️ Apartment had eveything advertised = iron, plates, toaster, etc..
One of the major issue was that the bed linen was not changed before arrival. What helped is that we had brought our own just in case. Other areas for improvement:
▪️ There was an issue with the heating. So, we had to call management to sort this out so we could be able to have our bath.
▪️ Bathroom door (for entrance) cannot be locked - only shut. Also, there is no bin in the bathroom.
▪️ Kitchen windows facing the back garden.. doesn't have a curtain. So anyone in the back garden can see what's happening in the kitchen
