Hotel Izvorat Arda - Хотел Изворът Арда

The hotel offered amazing experience in terms of staff, location and food. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly and helped with anything you might come up with. The host had organised a meting with a mountain guide the first evening who presented in detail the local sites and the way to get there. We felt proud and content that there are still places in Bulgaria where customer service is at an exceptional level! We left with the idea to definitely come back again for even longer period of time.

Невероятно гостоприемство с отношение към клиента. Топло, чисто, вкусно. Ще посетим отново, защото времето не стига да разгледаме всичко в околността.

It was in nature, peaceful and great in general

Rooms were a bit old and the double bed was 2 beds next to eachother

Spacious and clean family room, balkony and bathroom, comfortable beds, friendly and professional staff. We felt welcome and cozy (travelling with our dog). The region is great and the location of the hotel is well chosen. Tasty and well served meals at the restaurant. We booked one night but decided to stay one day longer.

The soap and showergell containers were not filled in, we had our own but it would have been nice if this was taken care of.
