About this apartment rental

Elegant, finely furnished and bright apartment, also suitable for families. It is located in the historic center, San Niccolò district, a part of Florence much loved by Florentines.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms: one with a private bathroom with shower and the other with a double bed and in the mezzanine of this room there is also 1 single bed (folding).
Another complete bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Large living room with double sofa bed, TV, with dining area and fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster).
The apartment is also equipped with all comforts: free A/C and Wi-Fi, independent heating. Fire extinguisher.
Third floor without elevator, but with comfortable steps.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I staying the weekend in Florence. Were studying abroad in Rome and didn’t want to stay somewhere very crowded. The quiet street was perfect and located in close walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The bridge was only a short walk away and had an amazing time at the Ufizzi. The host was so helpful and communicative and the place was great!

Beautiful self catering apartment across the river but within walking distance to all shops and tourist attractions. Clean and modern and rather large. Easily sleeps 6 with 2 bathrooms. Would stay here again.

This apartment in Florence is lovely. Great location and very easy to find. Nimoe gave excellent instructions to find the lockbox and was always very easy to communicate with. The apartment is light, open, and modern. The 2nd bathroom is tight (there is a small washing machine in there, which is a nice perk I suppose, but crowds the space), but has everything you need. Plenty of space for my family (which includes 3 "kids", ages 18, 19, and 21). Highly recommend!

Great property! Comfortable. Big enough for four adult children (18-24) and my husband and I. Easy to get into the city. Lots of walking. Nice to have laundry. Be prepared for steps

This place was perfect for me and my friend traveling together. The location in San Nicolo is excellent. Great restaurants, bakery, bars, coffee shop on the street but still a quiet more mello neighborhood. Walking distance to everything just over the bridge . Around the corner from the Tuscany Wine Tours ( that I would definitely recommend) for a really nice wine tasting experience. This place worked perfect for me and my friend as we needed the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hall bath is very small but I’ll take small over sharing a bathroom. There is a washing machine, but not a dryer… not a problem for us..just an FYI. Only thing to know, there is a coffee maker but no coffee and it was a Krups single use that I wasn’t familiar with ( not the same as a Keurig). We did bring some ground coffee and there was a pour over in the unit that worked for us. If I could come back tomorrow I would :)

I will start with the positive. The location is perfect. We walked to everything and it’s on a nice quiet street. It has a hair dryer and washer. The negatives for us was the fact that the man who checked us in spoke no English. The apartment smelled very musty like no one had been in to spruce things up or even check to see if it needed anything before we arrived. The daily amenities in the apartment are very few. We had one towel per person for our entire stay with a hand towel. One roll of toilet paper in baths. There is no microwave. The beds and pillows were absolutely terrible as were the couches and pillows. There were black like scratches all over the fake hardwood floor. The place definitely needs some tlc and updating. We had a wonderful time in Italy however, if we return we will not stay in this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. 2 bedrooms, loft, and 2 bathrooms. It is located on a quiet street about a 10 min walk from Ponte Vechio. Stefina met us right on time and everything was great. It is on the top floor and no elevator (70 steps),

You are not allowed to talk at all after 9pm, the neighbors will bang on the walls and come to your door and yell at you. Even on the weekends, I'm not joking they even hear you when you whisper. The hosts had to come to the house because the shower was leaking to downstairs, I get that, its totally fine to come. But it was clearly a design flaw in their shower(it has no door), and was clearly preexisting, still blamed it on us and charged us for damage we did not cause. Overall they are very nice people who mean well, I'm just not sure it was great for a vacation renting situation.

We had lots of luggage and we had to climb 60 stairs. Bring trash bags, and dish soap. Have city tax in cash she asked for another 100.00
