The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the bar man. I liked the style of the hotel, it was modern and clean. We extended our stay due to a missed flight and the process was very easy. The room facilities were good.
The electricity went out for nearly a whole day during our stay. It was during a heatwave so the room was unbearably hot and there were no windows in the room. There was also no hot water in the shower for days when the electricity did return and the air conditioning never worked again. There was no compensation from the hotel, they basically told us to wait it out. Also the residents bar closes too early in my opinion. We also looked it up online and it said room service was on offer but when we rang the front desk they said they didnt do room service. The sky bar is only open on very limited days, we missed it entirely.
