Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff, the room was modern, clean, and good to be able to use air conditioning for the warmer nights. The queen size bed was very comfortable. The outside area was lovely to sit and enjoy the view by the docklands.
The only faults we could find was first the sofa bed was uncomfortable, a very thin mattress, not suitable for an adult. Milk and sugar for the tea weren’t stocked properly after housekeeping but you can ask at reception for extra, however it is a bit of a nuisance to go down if you are staying on a high level as we were.

Near the metro station
They didn't bring us water every day. We have to ask them to send, and they obligate us to bring it by ourself.
I book a superior room, it has to be ready with other clean kit, like the ear cotton, slippers, tooth brush... but there wasn't
