スタッフの終始おもてなし、素晴らしかったです。
温泉も種類が選べたり、秋になったら紅葉も綺麗なんだろうなとまた行きたくなるような背景だったり、ご飯もアレルギーなど丁寧に聞いてくださって
凄く美味しくて、とても静かな場所だった為ゆっくり過ごせました。
惜しかった所で言うと、温泉の脱衣場が少し清掃不足ともう少しシャワーヘッドを一般的なのにして欲しい。
あとは、最初にお客の腹のすき具合とかを、
聞いてから夕食は用意すべきかなと思いました。
凄く美味しかったのですが、最後にしゃぶしゃぶが来たのでお腹いっぱいになり残してしまい
やはり日本人である為、罪悪感がありました。
食品ロスにならないような提供も改善していただきたいなと思います。

It’s situated in a beautiful forested area with a creek running behind the hotel, the staff was extremely courteous and welcoming, the four private onsen had more than enough slots for anyone staying there. Overall, together with the delicious and super fulfilling half-board meals, it’s the best ryokan experience ever. Thank you to the staffs who’ve made this a pleasant and enjoyable experience!

母と叔母が足が悪く座って起きるのに時間がかかるため椅子をお願いするとすぐに持って来ていただきとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。スタッフの方々がよく気がつきご親切にしてくださいました。ありがとうございます。
お料理が全て彩りもよく美味しくいただきました。季節外れでしたが松茸がとても美味しかったです。
ご馳走様でした。
お風呂は家族でゆっくり入ることが出来ましたしいろいろなお風呂を楽しむことが出来ました。
窓からの景色もよくゆったりとした良い時間を過ごせました。母は直ぐにでもまた来たいと言っております。😊
足の悪い母たちは階段の登り降りが大変なようでした。
すき焼きごとても美味しかったのですがもう少し早く出していただくと食の細い母もいただくことが出来たと思います。

食事はよかった。ボリューム満点。
内装は和風ながらセンスの良い現代的な雰囲気で良かった。
庭の枯葉とか雑草が気になりました。
風呂からの景色の中に配管やブルーシートが見えて気になりました。
