great place to stay. staff was very friendly. unfortunately the public baths were under renovation and we only had the baths in the room. although good and private, unable to enjoy being fully in an onsen. also it’s not hot enough. food was unique and special but meat was a bit too raw and tough, hence chewy. team needs to put a timer perhaps to standardise the cooking of the food
