    Bed configuration for 1 of the bedroom is not comfortable due to the narrow clearance of the double deck bed above. Also bed directly facing door is not to our preference.

    There are 4 units at Terra. Each unit has different facilities. But all come with onsen bath. We chose the one with Sauna. It was a very comfy one night stay. Location is along the main road slightly out of town so it's better if you are coming with a rental car. Every unit has 2 parking lots. The house is very new, spacious and well maintained. Having a washer cum dryer is very convenient for laundry. A soak in the onsen bath then sauna after a day of sightseeing is very relaxing for 4 of us. If you are bringing younger kids, please keep watch at the staircase leading to 2nd floor as there are no railings at one side. Watch out for the low height bunk bed when you are going to bed too. The beds are very comfortable too!

    予約当初はサイトの利用に慣れておらず各種連絡がとれず不安がありましたが、チェックインまでに直接連絡がとれマメなサポートをしていただきました。 お部屋も家具も設備もステキで長期滞在したかったです。 ただ、食事の調達に苦労しました。 当日現地調達ではなく、事前に手配＆予定されることをおすすめします。

    It is easy to locate the apartment, and not far away from the Yufuin Station and Kirin Lake. The facility is comprehensive and brand new. We rented the apartment with 2 onsen bath, one indoor and one outdoor. When I inquired the checkin process I received very quick response. Some negatives are: the view of this apartment, the bund bed ceiling is too low and the washing liquid is difficult to wash the dishes. Overall experience is perfect.
