    Love the room. Kept clean. There were a few tiny bugs though as hotel is located near nature. Just have to ensure all doors are closed. We had the free flow of drinks and snacks. Did not purchase the breakfast or dinner as we drove. Better if you drive as the town is few distance away.

    Everything about Hotel Moda felt amazing for our Yufuin two-night stay. The design of the hotel grounds to the room details resonated with us from the moment we arrived. The in-room onsen was blissful for our tired feet and nuturing for city souls. We want to try Hotel Moda in all four seasons.

    We stayed in the premium prestige penthouse suite. The room is super spacious and consisted of two buildings. One side with an open air bath and one side with an indoor shower and bathtub, great for a family of 4. Food was amazing. The hot spring was extremely relaxing. Staffs were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel provided shuttle from Yufuin station. The only thing is that I wish the check out time is a bit later, like at 11 instead of 10 which allows visitors to take a break after breakfast. Definitely one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend if you are planning to stay in Yufuin.
