The location is good, semi-private on a dead-end road with a great view of the ocean and sunsets.
The hot tub filter had problems. There was dirt around the sides when we arrived, and when we emailed about it, they came out right away. It came apart again, just did not fasten in well. It was loose, one bump and it comes apart.

Pacific Lookout created an automatic relaxation response! Spacious, comfortable, lovely view, visiting deer, squirrels and chipmunks.
If you require a manicured yard, this is not the place; however, our dog loved it!

Great location and very private backyard, hot tub
there was some leftover things from a family that appeared to have a dog like a dog bowl and some hair on the beds. also some of the dishes weren’t totally clean
