The cozy living room features a warm gas fireplace, making it the perfect place to curl up with a good book, stream your favorite movie, or simply enjoy a quiet evening listening to the ocean breeze. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare everything from leisurely breakfasts to seafood dinners, while the adjoining dining area makes it easy to share meals and create lasting vacation memories. During the summer season, guests enjoy access to the Olivia Beach community pool and recreation center, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Additional conveniences include complimentary use of a 50-amp EV charger (Tesla adapter required), parking for up to three vehicles, high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming, and accommodations for up to two well-behaved dogs (pet fee applies). Please note that pets should not be left unattended in the home.

As advertised! The kitchen was well-stocked, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the walk-around porch was perfect for our group of 10. We walked to the beach everyday; it’s a short walk up the stairs (less than 10 minutes) toward a great spot for tide pools or a 15 minute paved ride to a public access spot that we found perfect for flying kites. Just 3 steps to main level from driveway, which was good for our mobility-challenged family member. There’s plenty of outdoor things to go; we enjoyed a gentle hike to Drift Creek Waterfall (about 30 min drive to the trailhead). The bunk beds were perfect for our kiddos. Hot tub was nice in cool mornings and evenings; quiet hours outside of 8 am - 10 pm. The car charger worked great; I think about 40 kW level 2. Need an adapter for Tesla. There was easily room for 3 cars in the driveway. The playground and beach volleyball are within view of the covered porch. A few things to know - (1) the icemaker in the fridge couldn’t keep up with us; we had to buy bagged ice at the store (2) the pool access was limited to 10 am - 8 pm (3) the gym access was also limited, to 8 am - 8 pm. (4) No AC, but nice and cool when windows were open. (5) The stove and oven are gas powered and work well, but be prepared with your own ingredients if you want to bake. Would definitely visit again!

Best place to stay on the Oregon coast. We’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times. Secluded from the hustle of DT LC and a quick walk to the beach. Love the park and community. The house is so comfortable and enough space for our family of 7 to spread out, have space and share time together. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. Will be staying again.
