Welcome to Raven’s Hideaway. A charming, private, and thoughtfully designed coastal escape in the heart of the Olivia Beach community in Lincoln City. We would know. It's our beach retreat!
Our place at the beach is steps from the boardwalk and it's an ideal setting for families, friends, and four-legged companions to relax and reconnect along the Coast.
Inside, the home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with coastal-inspired touches throughout. The main living area is centered around a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, while comfortable seating invites conversation, movie nights, or quiet mornings with coffee. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, whether you’re cooking a full dinner or putting together snacks for a beach day. With two private en suite bedrooms, guests can enjoy both privacy and comfort, making the home especially well-suited for couples or multi-family stays.
Upstairs, a bonus lounge creates a separate space for entertainment and relaxation, complete with games and cable TV—perfect for kids, teens, or anyone looking to spread out and enjoy their own space. Sleeping arrangements include 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and a Murphy bed, offering flexible options for a variety of group sizes and configurations.
Step outside to your private in-ground hot tub, where you can soak under the coastal sky and unwind to the sound of the ocean nearby. Just across the street, a lively community park offers even more to enjoy, including a sand volleyball court, playground, cornhole, and a shared fire pit—ideal for gathering in the evenings and making s’mores-filled memories.
Beyond the neighborhood, you’re just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and the Lincoln City Outlets, making it easy to explore the area. Spend your days beachcombing, hunting for the area’s famous hand-blown glass floats, or simply enjoying the fresh ocean air before returning home to rinse off and relax.

Well stocked and great home all around! Family of 6 and dog that provided plenty of room for beds and bath. We visit Olivia Beach often and this home is now at the top of the list.

The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our family of 10 had a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday weekend! We enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to the beach! We all agreed we would return as we all had so much fun!
