The size of the house is quite large, and it is a great location. Right on the beach
The kitchen wall clock didn't keep correct time. Started behind, end up ahead. The light in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.

great location. wonderful view. comfortable beds. roomy house.
checkout time was much too early - 10 am. big problem for us late sleepers. We asked for late checkout, but were refused, even though we offered to pay. Will not stay at this beach house again. The Wifi was very slow. dish towels were hidden way in the back of a drawer. we didn't find them until near checkout time. no hot pads - we had to use our beach towels to remove hot things from the oven.

Location was perfection. Views were amazing and steps from the beach. We spent a lot of time cooking and the open plan kitchen worked well. Beds were comfortable and hot water was nice and hot.
Home needs a deep clean, surface was clean and neat. The downstairs bedrooms were very cold, heating system not working. Downstairs bath had no fan so it got very steamy. You had to go through the shower to reach the window for ventilation.
