Seal Three Condo Getaway

Space was good. Beds and bedding were comfortable.

The floor was incredible dirty. It wasn't sandy, but really dirty, as if someone swept but didn't mop before we came. It turned our feet black very quickly if we were barefoot. There was also a smell in the hallway to the second and third floors that was pretty awful. It smelled like a bad cleaner smell or a chemical. Someone in our group thought it smelled like what it smells like right before an electrical fire. We kept the down stairs door open for that reason. It was also really confusing determining how to get into the unit. They gave me 4 digit codes and then closer to arrival they gave me other nine digit codes. The 4 digits codes must have been a mistake because we never used them. It was confusing because I booked it but I wasn't the person to arrive first. Also the first floor condo's keypad didn't work and we had to call someone to get us a key but that was no where in the instructions that were sent to me, so that was weird. It also seems bizarre that check in isn't until 4 PM but your staff office hours end their day at 4 PM?? check in is when staff are most likely needed, so it seems weird that they wouldn't work til 5 or 6 or leave a direct phone number. We called the Oregon phone number and got someone who was clearly not in Oregon and did not know we were calling from Oregon.

location and cost

1.) No screens on windows on any level we had children and it didn’t seem safe. I’m positive if this place was inspected it would be fined for many reasons. 2.)lock boxes are old and didn’t work, we thankfully found a friendly maintenance person who was very helpful, but that did delay us from entering and starting our family vacation.
