Huge private grass yard overlooking the beach is perfect for an oceanfront BBQ or croquet tournament. Only 3 stairs to enter the main living area. Besides the kitchen the upper family room has a kitchenette and dining table for playing games & puzzles or enjoying early morning coffee and watching the colorful clouds over the ocean. Large stone mantel with gas fireplace and wall to wall windows overlooking the beach. Gaze at the Sunsets, moonlight over the ocean and whale spouts . Colorful kites are always in view from inside the house & from the large picket fenced yard and brick patio overlooking the surf . We enjoyed our stay at this house. It had room for our group of 15 to spread out. The only down side was for a house this large (allowing for up to 16 guests) the kitchen was super small. It really only allowed for 2-3 people in it comfortably. There wasn’t much counter space for prepping for our large group. We also felt the house was very dated but that also made it feel cozy. We loved the views and the location was greet!

We loved the layout of the home as it's loaded with rustic charm. The views of the ocean was incredible! Got to see some whales moving past. The only thing is the bathrooms upstairs do not have a lock but we figured out a way to handle it... a doorknob sign that said do not disturb. The owner, Karen, was so easy to work with and has a great personality. Everyone had a great time. I will be renting this house again!

We enjoyed having a living room with enough seating for all of us, but sometimes also used the upstairs living area if we were doing separate things. We brought along a folding table to add some additional seating for 6 people during meals, as the main table maxes out at 10. Everything was clean and well-organized. The kitchen was stocked well: good-quality pots and pans, enough plates, bowls, silverware, serving spoons, spatulas, etc. We appreciated the close and easy beach access. We had no problems and would stay here again.

We loved the house and its location, the yard and views are beautiful. All the wood work inside made it unique from other houses we have stayed at. The house had most everything we need and plenty of room for our large family to gather. Some of the bedrooms and the kitchen were pretty small, but doable for our large group. (13 people)The only downfall was that there is no beach access, but it is in walking distance. Our family would stay there again

Two spacious rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs that offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. It manages to be both sprawling and cozy at the same time. Their game cabinet holds something for everyone and the kitchen is nicely stocked with enough to feed a large group. The beds are a little soft, so plan accordingly. The paneling and woodwork are so impressive.

Our Lincoln City accommodations were just outstanding. Our group included 3 seniors, 1 adult, and 2 16 year olds. The house is lovely, very comfortable, with luxurious space for everyone, and thoughtfully equipped for us. We visited local beaches and natural areas and sampled several restaurants. But it was also quite lovely just hanging out at the house. We would certainly stay there again if we have the opportunity.

This was a perfect property for our grandchildren ages 10 months through 14 years. Loved the fenced back yard for the children under 5. The older kids and teens enjoyed the upstairs living space and deck. Dining room table fit all of us. I am mobility disabled, and the railing on the outside step really helped. And I loved the backyard too, as I could hear and see the ocean for the first time in years. I did not realize there were interior steps from living room to dining room, which was a bit tricky for me. The downstairs bathroom is a tight squeeze. The shower did not have a handheld sprayer for me. But those things are unique to me and my disability and I still enjoyed my family and the ocean. Thank you!

Aside from the great ocean views, the grass area for young kids and the extra living room upstairs were the biggest bonus for our multiage group. A description of the stairs would have been helpful. There are 3 steps up into the gate, then 2 more into the house. Inside the house there are 2 steps down into the dining, bedroom and kitchen. Some of our group can only handle a few stairs, in the description I only read 3 steps, though what was there was manageable. There was plenty of seating in the main living room for all to sit and chat. The extra living room upstairs was great for early risers and the kids a place to play. Thanks for sharing your home!
