House of Relaxation is a beautiful 3200+ square foot custom built home located in popular 'Road's End' in Lincoln City, Oregon. This spectacular home has breathtaking 180 degree views from wall to wall windows.

This amazing home is beautifully decorated. You will feel truly at home with our comfortable and relaxing home as you enjoy the views and sounds of the waves.

Hale Mohalu is perfect for two families or larger groups, however, no parties. Hale Mohalu will meet your needs with five full size bedrooms, 4.5 baths, open great room with adjoining dining and fully equipped kitchen, family recreation room and two large decks and one patio. One deck is equipped with a gas BBQ grill and the lower patio has a hot tub. All linens are provided. This property is also equipped with free wireless wi-fi. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. The property is equipped with Ring at exterior entrances.

The upper floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and slab granite countertops including breakfast bar and adjoining dining area with seating for 14. The adjoining great room with fireplace, Smart TV and has comfortable seating with amazing ocean views from the wall to wall windows. Upstairs is a powder bath for general use. In addition, there are two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another with a queen size bed. There is an adjoining bathroom to be shared by both bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with double sinks and a separate toilet and oversized tiled shower with pebble flooring - it makes you feel like you are showering at the beach!

The main floor has three bedrooms. One master suite with king size bed, full executive master bath with shower, tub and double sinks. The master has a separate door to access the deck with beautiful views and a cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a separate door to access the deck. The third bedroom has a full size bed. There is full size bath with separate sink and shower/tub and toilet area.

The lower level is perfect for the families with extra energy! There is a TV, plenty of seating, ping pong table, and wet bar. There is a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single on the top. A full bath is located on this floor. There is also a patio with hot tub. There are also 4 separate portable futon mats for additional sleeping.

Hale Mohalu has parking for up to 5 vehicles. Our home is just 2 blocks from the beach. Beach access is directly down the street at 66th St. Amazingly close!

The house is very well suited for large group gatherings. It is located in the Roads End neighborhood of Lincoln Beach, with a beautiful beach about an 8 minute walk downhill. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are excellent hikes in the area. The shops in Lincoln Beach are just a few minutes away. The three levels provided plenty of room for our party of8 adults and three children. The top. Floor has a great room and a very good kitchen setup for larger group meals. The view from all floors was beautiful!

Amazing! The kitchen needs some utensils as the house is big and demanded by a big group, it should also needs some more attention. Putting more toiletries will also be nice.

Nice house but definitely in need of some TLC. There must have been some significant water damage at some point in this home. Lots of bad patch jobs in the ceiling. No blinds or window coverings on the top floor, which is a beautiful view, but blinding from the sun all afternoon. No window treatments for the sliding glass door in the basement either. The kicker was the fire alarms that started going off at about 10:30 pm off and on all through the night. After evacuating the house with screaming babies no fire or anything was ever found. Just ended up disconnecting the alarms and trying to get some sleep. Batteries need changed. No baby gates or toys to play in the sand, which usually always is in a rental house. At least 3/4 of the pots and pans had peeling teflon and there was only about 6 coffee mugs. Not enough seating in the living room but we should noticed that when we booked. All in all, a nice house that could definitely use upgrades and maintenance. I don’t think we would stay again.

So hard to find a big enough house for our large family of 15. This house had everything! Location to beach, a room for all adults and play/sleep room for the kids. House is in good shape with everything you will need. Loved the sand washing station outside the house, which we used constantly, with warm water too! The ocean view was amazing from this house, so you could enjoy it even when you weren't down at it. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with the beach just a couple minute walk away. LOVED our stay!

The property was easy to check into and overall very clean. There were a few things broken (drawer handle to the utensil drawer). There were conflicting instructions in the binder in terms of cleaning expectations prior to departure.

The house was comfortable and had enough towels, conveniences, etc for all of us.Some of the cooking pots had scratches on the non stick surfaces and were unusable. The porch had some loose metal rods that needed to be secured.We did enjoy our stay.

We were gathering as a family to memorialize my late wife by spreading some of her ashes in Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area. Barb was supportive and helpful with me arranging the stay and having all the family who had gathered at the coast to have dinner together two evenings and it was a very important time to blend family as we bid my wife and their mother goodbye. The dining and living room area upstairs was a great place to gather and to eat. The ocean views were beautiful. If you have a large group looking for a relaxing place to stay I recommend this property.

Incredible views, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space make this home ideal for large groups. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms and flex basement room with bunkbed, couches and a pingpong table. It gave everyone plenty of space for our Christmas gathering.

It is not in good repair. The cleaning crew does a horrible job. Hot tub not working found dirty socks in living room chair. Tv remotes no batteries and filthy. Doors and window seals totally gross. Back yard a total disaster. Overall we left the place cleaner then it was at we got there

We had a great time at the property. The location is great as it is a couple blocks from the beach and views are beautiful, but the windows are so dirty that it’s hard to actually see the view. The house itself is okay, kitchen could use more mugs/cups as this house is advertised to sleep 16 but it only had about 8 mugs which makes it difficult for everyone to have their coffee in the morning. Booking process went smooth. Also FYI you can only enter the house at exactly 4pm, the code won’t work if you get there 10-15mins early.

We chose this house for the view and how large it was. Wonderful property!! Good beds, good family area, great parking, deer every day and night! We loved this property! The view was stunning, the location and walk to the beach was great, and we had a wonderful time connecting, cooking and relaxing. We had plenty of space for our 11 family members (who gathered from Oregon, Colorado and New York) and we agreed that this was our favorite place we have stayed in the Road’s End area. We did end up buying ice because the ice maker couldn’t keep up with ice needs, but that was a minor inconvenience. We would all love to come back and hope to do that in the next few years!

Large house able to comfortably accomodate 12 people. House within walking distance to beach and reasonable driving distance to a lot of coastal attractions. FYI, this is a beach house but does not have anything to help enjoy the beach so plan on bringing your own chairs,shades, toys etc. Beautiful views!!

The size, location, and amenities of this house were perfect. The floors could have been cleaner, we found balls of hair on the carpet downstairs. The hot tub could have been refreshed, the water was really cloudy. However, the owner addressed this issue and we really appreciated that. We will recommend this house to others.

The house itself was plenty big for our group of 12. We enjoyed the beautiful views, but being older ourselves, didn’t care much for steep hill combined with stairs for closest beach access. The beach itself was beautiful! All our family really enjoyed the stay, although we thought it was due for a deep cleaning including windows. We realize rentals do mostly surface clean for quick turnovers, but time has caught up with this property.

Great location, wonderful home and had a great time together as a family. The only concern was that the bunk bed downstairs, the railing was broken and was a safety concern. Hopefully it gets fixed in a timely manner because if you are counting on the bed for a child you would need that repaired. We used it for a 19 year old.

House was clean with a big family area and an upper deck with great view. Access to the beach was a few blocks because the city maintained r team were fixing the closest access’s staircase down to the beach. A new handrail on that access went halfway down the staircase when it reopened (half way thru our visit)- the last stairs I think need a handrail also- CITY ISSUE - not the house- we had to call once for permission for an earlier entrance (1 hour early)- phone call was answered quickly and a very upbeat person said YES to an hour early check in. Ping png table in lowers level and the TV there were used extensively by teenager and young adults. Spacious kitchen and large dining table were great for our large family. All appliances worked great and when we called about a cracked shelf in refrigerator door, we were advised that newer appliances were being delivered in a couple of weeks and we were told to duct tape the crack and use the shelf! A few extra kitchen towels and a sponge for sink would have helped (we bought sponge and left it) Overall- this is our 6th year in total (two off for Covid years) and this house is in our top two! We definitely would not hesitate to go here again

House is very large and very clean, but it is very LOUD! The layout of the house isn’t ideal with the kitchen on the top floor. It sounded like elephants were upstairs when trying to sleep in the main floor.

When we contacted Barb, the manager, she was polite and answered the two questions we had. This home could not have met out needs better for a family Christmas. We came from 3 different directions to meet for the holidays and it exceeded every expectation. The Christmas tree went up, the fireplace turned on and we were ready to enjoy! The kitchen was wonderfully equipped - it even had a rice cooker, electric griddles for breakfast pancakes and more. The views were incredible in spite of being 2 blocks off the beach. It’s an easy walk. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but with good proximity to grocery stores and town. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and roomy. Our grandchildren enjoyed the lower level bunk room with the ping pong table. And the hot tub was perfect to enjoy on our stormy December days. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The views were incredible, This house fit our needs perfectly with 3 floors, lots of bathrooms a pool table, hot tub and a deck for enjoying the view. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. With the set up and furniture layout, you are able to break up your group with one group on the main floor and another group in the basement. There are stairs to get to all the levels and the main living is on the top floor, so there is a lot of stair climbing. There is a little walk to get to the beach. Our group is ready to book for next year.

The house was absolutely perfect for our coastal getaway. We had 10 people (3 families) together in the house. It was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The beach access was wonderful, so I could start each morning with a Beach walk. There was tons of space and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Lincoln City is an adorable town with close amenities (groceries, restaurants, activities, etc). The kitchen was large and well stocked and perfect for our thanksgiving feast! I would recommend this place over and over again!

This house is gorgeous, with all the amenities one could wish for. Lots of bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, a huge game room downstairs. The family area is very functional with great kitchen work surfaces. The view is one of the best we've ever had and the space was plenty big for our group of five. If there is a downside to this house, it's that there are a lot of stairs. For us older folks that is a problem. Other than that I highly recommend the home for a great beach escape. Barb, the property manager, was easy to work with and responsive to our phone calls when the power went out in our local area..

We had an amazing time. The home was one of the cleanest I've ever rented. We managed to pull off a Thanksgiving dinner and had plenty of dishes, utensils, and space. Plenty of towels. Easy beach access. Beautiful views. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Well stocked and as described. Would definitely stay again. Our only complaints were the toaster didn't work so we used the oven. We also found a broken chair. The chemicals in hot tub were super strong. We also had a full outside garbage when we arrived. None of these things would keep us from revisiting in the future
