About this house rental

Blue Moby is a magical place for your large family or friend-group. There are 7 different spaces with beds, and room for 16 to lounge together in the living room and eat in the dining room. Two of the bedrooms and the game room each have their own entrances, which is a great feature for privacy. Open concept living area on third floor has ocean view--the whole house is very open and light. To get to the beach, take a three-block walk on a secret neighborhood trail to Road's End State Park.

Beautiful house and great location. Our extended family stayed here with ages ranging from 3 to 64 yrs old and everyone had a great time. Open kitchen and living space upstairs perfect for large groups with a balcony and view of ocean. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a mix of couples and seven children. Sally was super responsive to all of my questions. The children especially loved the deer they could see from the balcony and in the park across the street. Would highly recommend!

This home provided enough space for our entire family to gather for our annual family beach vacation; yet, it also allowed rooms for people to break off and take a shower, nap, or spend some "me" time. We truly appreciated the variety of rooms. The kitchen was the perfect size for feeding our crew and had the amenities to make that possible. We really enjoyed the upper level of the home with the ocean view, lots of windows, a fireplace, BBQ, and a large dining table for playing board games. We would definitely consider this home as a favorite and be excited to visit again!

Wonderful house with perfect layout for our needs. Very clean and very responsive host. A few very minor suggestions would be more towel racks since a large group can stay there and couple of recliners or similar for seating for older folks. We loved the upstairs bedroom for my elderly mother in law. She didn’t have to go up or down stairs hardly at all. The low couches were hard for her to get in and out of, however.

The house is everything it's listed to be. Owner so responsive and communication was excellent. So clean, in a great neighborhood where it's quiet and all the other houses are just as beautiful. Definitely will be staying again at this great house.

We were very happy with how much space there was in this home. We had a very large group with 10 kids and we were able to find comfortable sleeping arrangements for everybody. The kids loved the hot tub and the playground next-door. And the beach was an easy walking distance away. We also enjoyed the many board and card games that they had available.

Beautiful and everything you need in a retreat location. A view of the ocean and close to amenities in town. Saw deer each day and enjoyed the serene and creatively designed vacation home. So close to the beach! Our group loved all of it.

We just had a 25th high school reunion there with 14 of our dearest friends from high school. The house was exactly as we had imagined and was the perfect location for strolls on the beach and nice little hiking trails. It was a fairly blustery weekend but we felt very cozy with a fireplace and lots of games to play. There was plenty of tea and coffee to choose from as well as nicely stock showers. Thank you so much for an amazing week. We hope to be back someday.!

We had nine ladies stay. It was a beautiful house with lots of light. Comfortable beds. Big kitchen open to the living room. Hot tub was great. Ocean view from main back deck. Several deck sitting areas. Two rooms were accessible outside the house. We had trouble getting the living room tv to work. The owner talked with us and sent a link. No cable but you can sign into streaming services

Sally is very responsive to my messages even when she's on the road. She's also very accommodating to specific requests and is very detailed with her responses to queries about her house. Everything is exactly as described in the listing and the property is very clean and nicely located in Lincoln City. We enjoyed our stay and this place is highly recommended.

Close to the beach, fully stocked, convenient to grocery store, eateries, well, everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Moby. Sally was on top of everything, and so very gracious. Grandparents, parents, aunt and uncle, grandkids--something wonderful for every one of us. We all agreed it would be terrific to come back. So many fun things to do, or a great place to do nothing at all. Thank you!

This house is perfect for multiple couples since there is 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and they're all very private. Great location, very clean and lots of room for big families. Loved our stay here. :)

Great location to beach and town, clean, well stocked, and our group really liked the separate entrances to some of the bedrooms! Great for families and friends that want to be together, but also want some privacy. Check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth.

A group of our friends and family stayed for 4 nights over the New Years Holiday! This home is very well cared for with plenty of sleeping areas for our group. We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen/dining/living room. The dining table seated our group for meals as well as game play. We enjoyed the hot tub, while it is on the smaller side, it fit 4 of us at a time comfortably and they include separate tub towels for your use. The kitchen was well stocked and has lots of counter space for multiples prepping. While it doesn't have a direct view of the ocean, it does still have a beautiful view out the back main living area deck and even a couple of the windows. There is a community play area for kids just next door. Quiet, upscale neighborhood. The owner of the home was very accommodating, and communication was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sally.

Beautiful home , very well equipped with comfortable beds and lively furnished rooms. The two ADU were very disappointing. Musty odors, poor heating systems, no overhead walkway covering to reach them from the main house; one of ADU spaces had no bathroom facilities and you have to go outside to go into the main house. None of this was mentioned. Also, the bedroom with the hot tub requires you to go outside down several steps, and we would get very wet and cold to reach them. Also, some of the TVs did not work. Remotes were dead. No cable service - all streaming only on main TV. Did not have Hulu as an option for streaming. They have a wonderful assortment of books and games. We truly enjoyed our stay despite the inconveniences. Probably would stay again in the summer months.

The family, all 14 of us, had a wonderful time. The house was large enough to accommodate the gang. The kitchen was so well stocked, that we didn't have to use the things we brought. The bedrooms were spaced out enough to give privacy if needed. The kid's did say the bunkroom needed a tv. Saw deer in the morning that was really cool. The playground was great. The hot tub worked with no problems. Thanks for a wonderful time.
