The house is beautiful and the rooms and beds are comfortable. The beach view is there but it’s limited. The best part is you can still hear it. You’ll have lots of deer visiting which was wonderful. Unfortunately, the side and front door are easy to get stuck and pushing, pulling and turning knobs didn’t always work. One morning both were jammed shut and we were stuck inside for a few hours - major fire hazard! I’ll say the place was surprisingly stocked well with pots, pans, cooking appliances and plenty of plates and silverware! Everyone enjoyed themselves! We loved the front porch!

kitchen was very well stocked with equipment...we did lots of cooking.Upstairs queen bed (room facing front of house) was very squeaky. Front porch very pleasant to have, but check safety of steps. Good supply of towels, hot tub was great. very comfortable place.Only real issue: both front and back doors were very difficult to open. You constantly thought it was locked because you had to turn handle so far to the right and push door so hard...so we spent waaay too much time trying to get the key to unlock it when it was actually unlocked. but you had to lock the front door, or else it would blow open if you hadn't mastered the trick to shut it completely. Basically quite annoying every time you left the house.Communication through VRBO app was a hassle and not user friendly.. Just give us a place to call or text, PLEASE! Unlikely to keep using VRBO for vacation rentals if the app and portal are the only way to communicate.
