Riad Abi exceeded every expectation. It’s beautifully kept, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located, with easy access from the airport and to all the main sights of Marrakech.
What truly stands out is the service. The management helped us with absolutely everything: arranging taxis, booking dinner reservations, organizing a hammam, and finding a place for henna. On our last night, when it started raining, they reacted instantly and made sure we found transport. Every request was handled quickly and flexibly. Even though most of the staff speak French and I speak English, they always found a way to help and get us where we needed to go. We felt genuinely cared for.
The food, both breakfast and dinner, was excellent. The rooftop pool with its beautiful views was a real highlight.
We absolutely recommend Riad Abi and would happily stay again.
Honestly, the only downside was that we could stay just four days. We would have gladly stayed much longer. Next time we’re booking a whole month!
