The Riad was clean and very well decorated. The staff qas perfectly in tune with the environment. Relaxed but great service

All was very good. A little sauna or spa would be great.

The staff team, led by Jamal, were excellent. We had an issue right at the start and he worked tirelessly to find a solution that would work for us. The rooms are beautiful, the hotel serene and the decor tasteful. Breakfast was also lovely.

The room downstairs had a loud water pump working outside our bathroom which worked loudly every time anyone in the whole hotel used water. We are light sleepers so for us this was a deal breaker. But as mentioned, Jamal moved us around and we loved the rest of our stay.

The property was so beautiful and the top room with the balcony was so spacious and magnificent for three! The staff were the best I’ve ever had at a hotel — they went above and beyond with every need and request and were truly just the best people. They made our beautiful stay even better!

The Indian Palace is a lovely riad. Well positioned on the edge of the Medina - in fact two entrances: one directly into the Medina and one to the outside where it was very easy to pick up taxis. Our room was lovely with our own balcony looking down on the pretty courtyard area. The manager, Jamal, was extremely helpful in arranging restaurant bookings and taxis and messaging us during the day while we were out to confirm the bookings. Breakfasts were lovely - slightly different each day and our first morning it was served on our balcony. And always with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. Although there is no bar we arranged in advance with Jamal for wine to be in our room on arrival and we enjoyed this on our balcony and in our room.
