Excellent location (near everything, including train station), comfortable overall, good lighting which is not limited to bright overhead lights. Hosts were responsive by telephone for directions and getting access. They allowed me to leave a bag early (though with mixed signals about whether they were going to charge me 15 euros).
Too many requirements and forms to fill in. I was not told until the day before I travelled that a 250 euro deposit was required, which took time. An app had to be downloaded to get the rules, but nothing happened when I did. (I am sure I agreed to all this in some fine print, but still annoying.) Oven impossible to use, with no instructions and a child lock that could not be turned off. A phone call met with a person but not one who could help. Because there was no microwave, I was unable to heat food easily. (I did get the stovetop to work.) Internet troublesome. Every time you leave it for 10 minutes or close the lid you must log in again, with name, address, etc., which could take up to 10 minutes. (It kept saying, "This site cannot be reached.")

la ubicación, al lado del bulevar y del ayuntamiento, la tranquilidad, el barrio muy agradable, con un Auchan al lado, y el Parking (de pago) al lado
la cocina esta bien, la ducha está bien
el retrete sin lavabo ¿?
escaso de vasos y tazas
una pastilla de lavavajillas de cortesía no estaría de más
las escaleras para subir maletas "grandes" estrechas y empinadas
la cerradura "automatica" no cerraba

L’emplacement idéal dans le centre de Tours
Le logement n’y est pour rien mais il est placé très proche des poubelles et le ramassage ( enlèvement des poubelles encastrées dans les trottoirs) est très bruyant et à lieu à 5h30 du matin. Je ne reviendrai pas l’été pour cette raison. Fenêtres fermées c’est certainement beaucoup mieux.

Bien situé, commerce proche appartement agréable et confortable.
Tres hautes marches pour rentrer dans l'immeuble et l'escalier pour accéder est raide. Il faudrait le signaler sur l'annonce.
