Studio (dus geen ontbijtservice) De lokatie dicht op Gare Tours was excellent; wel direct naast een Mac Donald, waardoor soms rommel in portiekje voor de toegangsdeur

Sleutel in sleutelbox aan een regenpijp in zijstraat!! Box star aan pijp, waardoor de sleutelbos er zo uitvalt en tussen trottoir en pijp valt: 10 cm pulleken om die sleutelbos er uit te vissen!! Studio wel erg krap: bij uitgeklapt bankbed geen plek voor fatsoenlijke stoel (wel 2 kleine krukjes aanwezig) De tafeltjes zijn erg wiebelig, keukentje erg krap Had overigens een verkeerde code voor de lift gekregen: gelukkig kwam toevallig vrij snel een medebewoner die ook op de derde etage moest zijn: daardoor kreeg ik de juiste code!!

j ai pas trouve la boite a cle facilement ...un moment de panique et les gerants n ont pas tout de suite repondu a mon appel .apres 20 minutes ils ont dit de correspondre seulemet pas msgs . j ai fait la rue Charles Gilles monter et descendre plusieurs fois .

The bathroom was a bit grubby. One part used toilet roll for the three night stay.

Very complicated check in system finding the key was difficult . Perhaps an explanation of where the key was should be put on the actual booking rather than on a photo where you couldn’t cut and paste it off the picture to find the address . We arrived later than expected and it was extremely hard to find the keys appreciate they weren’t going to respond (as knew not responsive ) at 11 but equally if they hadn’t been found we were totally snookered. I was very disappointed that the booking stated the balance on my account would not change, following the link and 450 was taken from my account and I have just received that 450.00 pounds back two days after checking out. I appreciate that they wanted a deposit incase there was damage however saying the money would not be taken was rubbish .
