The staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. And our room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out process was easy.

Great location near Rialto Bridge. Comfortable, firm bed.
Heat was on regardless of setting, so we opened the windows to cool it down. Unfortunately there’s pigeons in the alley outside that cooed all night, so needing the window open was not ideal.

Very Helpful, location couldn't off been better, Fantastic room well worth the money
This is not a complaint more of a hint didn't realise that there is a shop with the same name on Google maps so make sure you put the full address in.
