This has become our regular stopover to/from the tunnel. Location is very good and the fact we get a mini apartment is a big plus. The only downside for this recent visit is the lack of air conditioning, however the weather has been unusually hot.

This has become a regular stop over for us on our regular travels over to France. It is close to the tunnel and we'll located for the main roads in out and around Abbeville. The apartments we generally stay in have a kitchen/lounge/eating room, a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. The kitchen area has the basic cooking equipment comprising rising a ring electric hob and a microwave. Utensiles, plates and cutlery are supplied but we have noticed that over time the number of pieces is declining. There are TVs in the lounge and bedroom. Also we have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. This suits us perfectly and we will continue to use it whilst we are travelling over to the south West of France.

Spacious apartment. Good connections for excursions in the area of Baie de Somme. Right next to the old town of Abbeville for a coffee on the terras or a baguette from the local bakery. Indoors the résidence it is quite warm, probably why it is a retirement home. All-in-all recommended.

One night stop over check in could only speak french we explained we were english but every answer was in french ??? as covid restrictions no food or drink at hotel again tried to explain we needed to buy some food and asked was there any were close the answer came back NO ,as it happens there is a carrefour less than 5 minutes walk away we found on google plus acouple of take aways

Very good reception. Excellent accommodation. Better than most of this kind. Everything was really clean. In addition to the electric hob it also had a fridge with a freezer compartment which was particularly useful for us. Two comfortable chairs to relax. Large balcony which we really appreciated even though the weather was not good enough to sit outside. Two small points - one of the electric volets did not open. Looking at it outside, it was fairly obvious that it had not worked for a while. This was not a problem as the other one to the balcony doors worked well. A larger pan would be much more useful especially for cooking pasta or rice. Will definitely use again if we pass this way.

We arrived late on a short overnight stop and were met by a friendly member of staff, the building looks new, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful, we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely studio apartment. Clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Walk in shower. You could sleep in the bathroom it was so big!! The air con didn't seem to work which was a pity as it was a very hot night. No late night checkin so get there before reception closes. Dog friendly and a canal just outside the gate to walk the dog. Will certainly return if in the area.

I liked the fact that the accommodation was spacious (bedroom and lounge) overkill for overnight stop, the reason for this we found out was that it is a RETIREMENT HOME, nowhere was this made clear in the booking. As we had our 12 year old Granddaughter with us she found it not possible to use the pool. When booking in we found that the two rooms we booked were on different floors and in different wings. We booked for breakfast, tsken to a table in another room then forgotten. On the whole not an experience that I or my family want to repeat at the end of our holiday.

Cozy room with friendly staff and a great view of the bay, but rooms aren’t soundproofed - you could clearly hear chatting and doors opening and closing in the hallway, and people walking about in the rooms above.
