Excellent Stay in a Green and Well-Connected Neighborhood

We regularly come to Brussels as we have family there. This was our first time staying in this apartment, and we didn’t know the neighborhood. We particularly liked the area, which is very green and very well connected. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: two large bedrooms with double beds, a pleasant shower, a smart TV, and a very fast internet connection. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

The toilet is not separate from the bathroom.

Quiet, green and well located

Pleasant family stay in a green and quiet neighborhood. A large supermarket is just a 4-minute walk away, and the метро is less than 10 minutes on foot. Very good internet connection, a large American-style fridge, and a comfortable bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in a green and peaceful area

Apartment located in a quiet and green neighborhood. The rooms are large and spacious, with very comfortable beds. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, and public transport (bus and metro) just a few minutes away. The host was very responsive, and the kitchen well equipped. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great Family Stay – Peaceful Area Just Minutes From the Center!

We stayed here with my wife and kids and absolutely loved it! The apartment is in a small building in a very quiet, green, and family-friendly neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. It’s only about 10 minutes by subway from the city center, making it perfect for exploring while still having a peaceful place to come back to. Highly recommended for families!

Great Stay by the City in Quiet & Convenient Top Location!

Really nice apartment with comfortable rooms and cozy beds. Both bedrooms have large double beds, and the stylish decoration gives a warm, welcoming vibe. We were 2 couples and both enjoyed the rooms. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, just steps away from the subway, making it super easy to get to Brussels city center in no time. There’s also a green area and park nearby( "parc de woluwe" I think) , perfect for a morning walk, plus a supermarket just around the corner. (literally about 2 mins from the apartment) The connected TV and strong internet were great for relaxing evenings. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience — highly recommended!

Third floor with no elevator, but I think in the area elevators are not common as most building are old small building, didnt bother us that much but needs to be mentionned.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and has two spacious rooms with double beds. The subway is close by, which made getting around easy. Pleasant relaxing stay.

Spacious bedrooms, nice quiet location but with shops and local restaurants nearby. Only 5-10 minutes walk from the metro station.

A bit scruffy in places, needed some professional repairs to bring it back up to the high standard it obviously once had.

Excellent stay in Brussels in a quiet and green Area at walking distance from the Subway.

The neighborhood is very pleasant and safe, with everything you need close by – supermarkets, restaurants, public transport including both bus and subway (subway to center is 10 minutes), all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a connected TV and a reliable, fast internet connection – perfect for working or streaming. The bed was very comfortable, and I had great nights of sleep. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness – they answered all my questions within seconds, which made everything even easier. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Brussels!

Хорошее расположение квартиры. Квартира теплая, посуда чистая и в достаточном количестве. Удобные кровати и подушки. Полотенца чистые. Хозяева прислали подробные инструкции по заселению

К сожалению минусов было больше, чем плюсов. Холодильник не охлаждал. Постельное белье с пятнами. Мочалка на кухне просто ужасная. Душевая кабина требует ремонта, протекает со всех сторон, неприятный запах. Ванна плохо убрана: на стенах засохшая зубная паста. Надеюсь, что хозяева учтут замечания и исправят положение, так как про эти минусы уже писали в других отзывах.

Atrio mal tenuto, scala maleodorante e stretta. L'appartamento necessità parecchie manutenzioni. CUCINA: impianto elettrico pericoloso, mobili indecenti con buchi, solo 2 sedie per 4 persone, l'acqua esce gialla, FRIGORIFERO non funzionante, luci non si accendono. BAGNO incrostazioni e aspiratore sporco. CAMERE lenzuola stropicciate, condotte dei radiatori rumorose, mancanza di tenda oscurante. Host PESSIMO, risponde scusandosi e ringraziando, lo trovo maleducato.

La réservation a été annulée et imputée de frais de 345 €! A ce jour, nous commençons des procédures de remboursement. A fuir!

Appartement très sale (les sols, la salle de bain avec des traces de dentifrice sur le lavabo et carrelage, traces de peinture partout, bouilloire immonde, cheveux restant à plusieurs endroits dans lavabo cuisine et sur un tapis), équipements mal installés (prises apparentes, chauffage dans le séjour qui ne fonctionne pas tout le temps, stores à 2 doigts de tomber dans une chambre) et insuffisants pour 4 personnes (pas de possibilité de manger assis à 4)

De accommodatie beschikt over ruime en comfortabele kamers. Supermarkt op 3 minuten wandelen en gemakkelijk parkeren in de buurt. Talrijke restaurants op de Chaussée de Wavre, op korte afstand. Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in Brüssel, aber definitiv eines der schönsten Viertel, in denen wir übernachtet haben. Angenehme und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, in der Nähe der U-Bahn und in einem sehr gut angebundenen Viertel gelegen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt.

Não tinha muito aquecimento, água com pouca pressão e pouco quente. Cheiro intenso a esgoto pelo chuveiro. O horário de check in era só a partir das 16h, mas só pudemos entrar pelas 18h por atraso nas limpezas…

Ruim appartement maar niet correct uitgebaat

Goed gelegen in een rustige wijk. Er zijn/ worden inspanningen gedaan om te moderniseren. Voor de geboden ruimte valt de prijs mee.

De netheid liet de wensen over. Blijkbaar waren er net werken aan de vloer geweest, maar de ruimtes waren niet proper achtergelaten (kruimels, plakkerig, vuile vloeren) rommel op frigo, afstandsbediening in een rommelbak in de kast… Veel gedoe om de verwarming aan de praat te krijgen. Geen lucifers voor gasvuur, zelf gaan kopen. Lichtschakelaar achter de monsterlijke grote frigo, die je dus wat moet schuiven. waar anders? De eigenaar of eigenlijke gerant zit in het buitenland en antwoordt snel. Zijn locale contactpersoon loopt er volgens ons de kantjes af. Misschien hadden we pech…

Fonctionnel mais peu mieux faire sur le ménage

L'appartement est fonctionnel et joli avec deux chambres dans une rue calme à 5 min du métro Pétillon. Très bonne connexion internet.

L'appartement manque de propreté : poussière, salle de bain avec des traces de dentifrice, les draps et les serviettes ne sentaient pas le propre... il n'y a pas de tapis de douche résultat de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain, il manque aussi de la vaisselle, il n'y a pas de verre.

Net appartement, perfect voor kort verblijf.

Heel netjes en verzorgd appartement. Rustige buurt. Voorzien van alles wat nodig was om er een nachtje te slapen. Beetje krap maar heel efficiënt ingericht. Vlakbij waar we moesten zijn dus helemaal top! Contact met de eigenaar verliep ook heel vlot.

Voor een nacht zeker prima, voor langer ietwat krap. Waterkoker was al lang niet meer ontkalkt, spijtig maar niet onoverkomelijk. Voor de rest was het wel heel netjes!
