The facilities need to be refurbished to have the minimum level of comfort so the guest don’t need to be cleaning lakes

It is located in the outskirts of the city, meaning that is far away from noise and confusion. Nice view of the port and city

The urban planning of the city is a total chaos. And the property is no different. The car access is awful. Bad gravel road. The building is not well insulated. You can hear noises from other rooms. The bathroom has no shower tub. The shower space is a continuity of the bathroom floor. There’s no curtain or something else to protect. We are 3 people. After 3 showers we had a lake to clean and we had nothing to clean it. It was just a big mess.

Title: Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth We arrived about 3 hours later than expected, but the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. They waited for us with no issue and even guided us over the phone to help us find the place easily — something we really appreciated after a long trip. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the sea view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You could really taste the care and quality in every bite — it felt just like a meal made with love. We’re very grateful for their kindness and hospitality. This is a place we’ll definitely return to — highly recommended!

Huge disappointment

The view from the rooftop.

Pillows were hard and mattress sunk as you lay down. Bathroom had the sink unleveled, ripped curtains, room not properly cleaned (we found several hairs spread out across the room) and breakfast was a huge disappointment. Limited offer, coffee pot broken, food displayed with no cooling (only under shade which could easily make the food go bad with 30 plus degrees Celsius (cheese, milk, eggs, etc)). I booked this hotel based on previous rates and This was a huge fail. Would not rate this Hotel more than a 3 out of 10.

Service & Cleanliness (4/5) There are usually 2–3 staff members available in the morning who are friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist. The property is also kept clean and tidy throughout the day.

Location (2/5) Although the property appears to be just 10–15 minutes from the city centre or bus station on maps, the reality is quite different. The steep uphill walk takes around 25–30 minutes and can be exhausting, especially in the heat. This place is only convenient if you have your own vehicle. Surroundings (1/5) There are no shops, cafes, or restaurants nearby. You need to walk at least 15 minutes to find any options, which can be inconvenient. Hotel Feel (2/5) This is essentially an apartment converted into a hotel, so it lacks the usual hotel ambiance. There’s typically just one person managing the property, and it can be difficult to locate them when you need assistance. Room (2/5) The rooms are quite small and not as spacious as shown in the photos. There’s no in-room phone to contact the staff. While a lamp is provided, there’s no accessible socket to plug it in. There’s also a clothing rail but no hangers, which feels like a basic oversight.

Amazing stay!

The staff and the host were amazing!!! Prompt response from Clara who was the host. She made sure we were okay and have everything we wanted. The staff were super helpful and lovely. The rooms are lovely and the views are absolutely.

The property was a bit difficult to get to because of the roads and Google maps. However, the host came to show us the way to the hotel. A big mirror would have been nice

Would not recommend

The view was good.

The property had serious safety issues — the air conditioning emitted sparks and a burning smell and although the host claimed it was fixed, it was not. We were moved twice and had our belongings relocated without consent. The property did not match the photos. The shower and blinds were broken, no ID check was done and we were asked to pay cash without a receipt in an unpleasant way. The safety issues were not taken seriously. Breakfast involved long waits and poor quality. Would not recommend to stay here.

Great view - but sorry, never again!

The only good things about this property was that our room was clean and we had a great view.

Difficult to find, bad breakfast (worse coffee we got in Albania), super loud AC (even earplugs didn’t help so we had to turn it off and be warm), very rude staff. When we arrived it seemed nice, the owner came by and told us to come pay later. I went back to the front desk twice and no one was there to pay, so I figured I would do it the next day upon checkout. The next morning the staff at breakfast was not friendly and they reminded me I had to pay. I said “Of course, I’ll do it all when I check out”. When I left my room they were both sitting at the stairs by my room, waiting for me and following me downstairs to make sure I would pay. Payment was cash-only, which is no problem, but after treating me like a criminal, they dared tell me they didn’t have change and wanted me to pay more for the room because of it! Sorry but if you want cash payment only, you should be prepared to have change. Otherwise you need to specify you want exact payment (which they didn’t). They got super annoyed at me for refusing to pay more. Never again!!

I loved the view from the hotel, breakfast was amazing. It was close to the centre just few minutes walk, there is just a few steps before you have to go to the hotel other than that all is wonderful and the owner she is very kind and attentive to the details. Merece la pena por el precio que tiene.

El desayuno con vistas increíbles a la ciudad y al mar. La terraza de la habitación era muy agradable.

Está ubicado muy arriba de la ciudad. Para llegar allí desde el centro hay que caminar mucho y todo cuesta arriba. Si vas en temporada de calor y sin coche se hace un poco complicado. Las instalaciones un poco descuidadas pero nada muy llamativo.

Posizione scomoda, sconosciuta anche alle persone del posto, personale inesistente, siamo stati totalmente abbandonati, ho pagato per 4 notti ma dopo 4 ore siamo scappati, materasso di spugna, tutto impolverato, doccia sopra il wc ( senza tavoletta), bagno senza finestra, asciugamani sporchi ( anche quelli appena puliti )

La terrasse sur le toit avec magnifique vue sur mer et très bon petit déjeuner très varié avec des spécialités locales ! Excellent accueil très souriant Très bon restaurant recommandé sur Sarande : Picasso restaurant (parle français ! Très bonne cuisine et magnifique terrasse, accueil exceptionnel)

Malheureusement l’hôtel est très mal situé (plus de 20-30 min à pied de la plage avec une montée énorme ) Difficile d’accès avec un parking (qui n’en est pas un) avec très peu de place ! Chambre très sommaire niveau équipement avec une douche sans parois dans la salle de bain qui inonde tout ! Rien pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain !

Muy buenas vistas y muy buena calidad-precio. Estaba muy limpio.

Está un poco apartado pero nos ayudaron en todo momento a encontrar el sitio. También quizás un poco los colchones de las camas, pero no creo que sea novedad en los hospedajes de este nivel.

Gros plus pour l’énorme balcon vu sur mer et une chambre confortable

La localisation n’est pas terrible et surtout l’hôtel n’est pas vraiment indiqué donc un peu compliqué de trouver. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible (pas trop de choix et pas de très bons produits).

De ligging was perfect, mooie ruime kamer met groot terras, comfortabel.

Toen we aankwamen was de douchekop kapot en de AC begaf het na een paar dagen, niet veel op aan te merken want na een berichtje te sturen via booking naar de eigenaar werd het dezelfde dag nog hersteld. Ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde maar dit heb je ook in All-in hotels, voor de rest werden de kamers dagelijks gepoetst , bedden opgemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken gelegd. Wat ik hierop heb aan te merken is dat ik het heel jammer vond dat 2 van mijn juwelen na het schoonmaken van onze kamer verdwenen waren. Om dit nog eens extra te bevestigen had ik een foto genomen van mijn juwelen zakje voordat de kamer gekuist werd en erna, en effectief werd mijn juweel zakje opengedaan en door gerommeld. Dit is zeer jammer want een ring is verdwenen wat sentimentele waarde had. De kamer zelf had niets van een kluis waar ik deze had kunnen opbergen.

Forse era un po’ fuori stagione però mi è piaciuta solo la vista.

Il bagno sporco , acqua fredda, non funzionava lo sciacquone, dovevamo farci il letto, lenzuola sporche. Dovevamo fare 4 notti e ne abbiamo fatta solo una perche c’era una combriccola di ragazzi che hanno fatto casino fino alle 5 del mattino… la colazione poca roba e solo cose salate. Posizione pessima, tante scale (circa 25 minuti di camminata per arrivare sul lungo mare) e abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare sulla strada principale perché la “strada” per arrivare all’hotel era sterrata e piena di buchi. Impossibile da arrivarci in macchina.

Zwar muss man sich die Aussicht etwas verdienen - zumindest wenn man zu Fuss unterwegs ist - aber dennoch hat mir die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Etwas ausserhalb von dem ganzen Trubel.

Non lo consiglio. C'è di meglio

Le stanze sono grandi, con una bel balcone vista mare. La doccia come sempre in Albania non ha il box e quindi si allaga il bagno. Per andare in centro città, bisogna fare tante scale e si impiega 25 minuti per arrivare sul lungomare.

Abbiamo perso un sacco di tempo per trovare l'hotel nonostante avessimo il navigatore perchè arroccato tra stradine e ultimo tratto su strada sterrata a doppia senso di marcia! L'hotel è poco segnalato esternamente, inoltre quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno alla reception. La padrona è arrivata dopo un quarto d'ora. Non c'è l'ascensore e la colazione si fa in terrazza all'ultimo piano...se piove ti bagni .Noi abbiamo alloggiato qui nel mese di aprile e per fortuna il tempo è stato clemente. Il terrazzo ha solo una vecchia copertura in cannucciato i tavoli sono vecchi e instabili e le sedie sfondate. Colazione non a buffet, molto deludente e non corrispondente alle foto sul sito. Abbiamo chiesto dello yogurt, biscotti o altro rispetto alle solite quattro fette di pomodoro, cetriolo e feta e due uova, te, caffe e succo. Ci hanno accontentato concedendoci soltanto un piatto di frutta già sbucciata e tagliata per 5 persone.
