Always a great stay

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it’s always a great experience. The two older gentlemen at the front desk are so kind and helpful, check-in is always easy, and they’re ready to help with anything. The location is great, close to everything. The rooms are clean, comfy, and really affordable. They even clean them every day. Totally recommend it!

Good for a couple of nights but not more

The location. It is 5 minutes walking from the lungomare, the AC and the balcony.

The room is small and hot. The bathroom gets super wet every time you take a shower because of how it is built. You can lock only the door of your room, but not the door of the main entrance from where everyone from the street can get in

Good location to Sarande Beach!

Hosts let us in early in the morning when we arrived from Athens. Apartment was in a great location and walking distance to the beach and waterfront.

Listing should specify that payment for the apartment will need to be made in cash. There was some things left in the fridge and wardrobe from previous guests.

Location is good and its well clean and cleaning staff are really nice and helpful every day.

Air condition didnt work at all. It seems like they turned it off for some reason. Also, no one could speak English to help us.

Lovely place 3 minutes from the port

Kujtim and Soviet were brilliant. They showed me around, advised on restaurants and Cafes in the area and went the extra mile to accommodate any extras.

Comfortable room with a terrace, even if it was to a street with traffic.

Note that there is no "reception", keys are picked up in a shop next to the hotel sign. No credit card payment.

The location of the hotel was great, good beaches near and the city center is right there. All clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, big balcony. The hosts were so nice and helpful with everything.

Great location but small rooms

It's in the center of the city, very clean, found parking easily, maids are cleaning every 2 days

It wasn't as shown on pictures, very small rooms not for 3 person's. We didn't have anywhere to dry our clothes or a kitchen. On pictures balcon is shown and a much bigger room

What we hoped for, very good value for the money

Really close to the ferry (we traveled via Corfu) and the main Sarandë Beach), close to everything, really. Clean inside, room with air conditioner and fridge, we even listen to some TV news just to get a grip of the beautiful Albanian language. For us, all Sarandë, as well as the hotel (mix of ad and new) really had a 2000` vibe at the Black Sea - like Eforie, România. Which was really amazing, felt 20 years younger again. To sum it up, if ever in Albania again and on a budget, we'll surely choose Hotel Venera again. Thanks to the staff that they put us in a room without balcony. Those face the street - noisy, until late at night, and for the kid's bedtime would have been much worse than us having to smoke in front of the hotel 😁

Maybe a mosquito net, so as to keep windows open at night (very hot if you don't like the air conditioner - who worked just fine 😁) Probably they'll have in the near future possibility to pay by card (only cash as for now).

The room was clean and you have all the needed facilities. The location was perfect. Parking spot was always available since it is an issue in summer in Saranda. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I totally recommend it.

Soddisfacente per rapporto servizio/prezzo.

Struttura un pò spartana, anche nell'arredamento ma prezzo vantaggioso soprattutto considerando il periodo in cui ho soggiornato (settimana centrale d'agosto). La camera però era completa di tutto. Climatizzatore, frigo di dimensioni generose (noi siamo riusciti ad inserire un boccione d'acqua di 7L senza problemi), armadio, letto comodissimo, balcone, stenditoio, persino la TV e phon nel bagno. Pulizia sempre al top, con incluse 2 bottigliette d'acqua e 2 cialde per il caffè. Posizione al TOP, in pieno centro, a pochi passi dal porto, dal mare, dai locali basilari. Con lo "staff" ci ho avuto poco a che fare ma mi sono sembrati gentili e accomodanti.

Bagno piccolo e piatto doccia da rivedere assolutamente. In nessun modo siamo riusciti ad evitare che si allagasse il bagno ogni volta che ci si lavava.
