Paradise and kindness

Amazing spot!

fantastic place! The facilities are very clean and the location is perfect. The private beach was so enjoyable and I never had trouble getting a sun chair, even though I was there during peak season. The family that owns the hotel is delightful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I will be back!

Beautiful perfect stay , villa is so nice right on the beach , it’s the best Sarande bay stay very calm and fantastic view. Breakfast was amazing for extra pay .

A Million out of 10 – Truly Unforgettable Stay!

I don’t even know where to start — this hotel deserves a million out of 10! Every single staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming. The lady at the reception, the manager, the restaurant team, housekeeping , literally everyone made me feel at home. Their friendliness and professionalism were unmatched. Without question, this hotel will be my first choice every time I return to Tirana. Thank you for such a beautiful experience , you deserve 1000 stars!

Comfortable and with a beautiful view of the sea

The hotel was very clean, with new, well-equipped rooms and comfortable beds. We had a wonderful view of the sea right in front of us. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was stable during the whole stay. The bar was always open for drinks, with fair prices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful – they assisted me several times and were always kind and ready to answer any questions. There’s a parking area right in front of the hotel, with someone keeping an eye on the cars all the time. Overall, a great experience!

The breakfast is very simple and lacks variety. The surrounding area feels a bit strange, with many unfinished buildings, and it's a bit far from the city center — you’ll definitely need a car to get around (10min by car). The hotel next door had loud music playing late into the night, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. There were a few brief power outages during our stay, but everything came back to normal quickly

Complete disappointment and total misrepresentation of what is advertised

Upon arrival, I discovered the property was under renovation—something that was never disclosed. The bar and restaurant were completely closed, and the overall condition of the hotel was far from what the photos showed online. I was traveling with my 5-year-old child, and it was immediately clear that this was not a safe or suitable place to stay. I informed the hotel right away that I could not stay and moved to a different hotel the same day. Despite not spending even one night there, they still charged me for the full 4-night stay. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Avoid this place at all costs.

We both really enjoyed the room itself, it was nice and comfy with a really fast working AC unit, also nice was the “beach” which isn’t really a beach. The water ist very rocky and you should wear some sort of shoes in the water.(watch out for sea urchins) The staff also always tried to help us the best they could :)

Even tho the staff was very nice and helpful, it seemed to lack professionalism.. most of the staff were minors. It got worse if you decide to buy some water and snacks from a nearby store .. there are none only a 20 minute walk gets you to the closest actual store. The sea urchins in the water (I don’t know if it’s just the season; July) caused my travel partner to be “stung”, it’s quite many.

Very nice stay in a beatiful bay in Sarandë

The villa is located in a very nice bay, out of sight of the crowded center of Sarandë. The atmosphere is really relaxed. The rooms are very comfortable and have a very nice view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also serve a great breakfast.

Nice modern rooms next to the sea

Hotel is very familiar and super new and the rooms are pretty and clean! The staff even washed our clothes when we asked for it. Location nice next to the sea.

Unfortunately we were there on a Saturday and the hotel next door had a wedding or a party and had super loud live music, so it was hard to sleep. But it’s not the hotels fault. Also it wasn’t clear if the bar and the restaurant are open, it all looked a little closed so we eat in the town.

Great view and calm place!

The sea & view at the hotel were just brilliant. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was very good and definitely worth its money. :) We had our own balcony with a small table to sit at at the end of the day - perfect for watching the sunset.

The hotel is not located near the centre, which on the one hand makes it very quiet and beautiful - but on the other does not leave you much of a choice but to take the car in order to get dinner at night. The room we had was very small with no space to put the luggage anywhere but on the couch (which, in turn, made the couch un-useable).

Great place for no kids, luxurious feeling and private beach. Close to the city by 15 min car ride

The property was great right on the beach with a private beach. Everything was newly renovated and clean.

The room was a little small for 3 people with a queen bed and sofa bed that doesn’t pull out so it was pretty hard to sleep on. Also there was barely any hot water at any part of the day.

We liked the location, far from the chaotic Sarande city and the fact that has his own beach&access to the sea. Rooms were clean, new, with the necessary bath&shower stuff. A nice place to stay. They are pet-friendly. You can even order food from outside of the location (they have some partnerships) and you pay at the end of the trip.

Staying at the luxury villa Alisja in Sarandë, Albania was extremely beautiful! The private beach club was comfortable and so fun! Jumping off the diving board was awesome! Water is beautiful! The family who owns this place make you feel so welcomed! They are the kindest people you’ll ever meet! Everything you need is here and more! Definitely beyond our expectations! The sea view is mesmerizing! The breakfast that is prepared was so yummy and delicious! Our only mistake was we didn’t stay long enough! This place is awesome!

Private beach was really nice and the helpful staff. There were girls who spoke good english and they helped me with everything I needed.

There were stairs to the sea but one of them was broken. Would be nice to fix it so nobody gets hurt.

Location is extremely close to the beach. In Saranda there's few such location like this and mostly they are much more expensive. About rooms everything is very new , comfortable. Beds are very comfortable In the room everything is like on royal level. . Big balcony with see view. In the night you can open the door to balcony and feel fresh air from the see. The people working here are very kind and open. Good coffee on the beach bar. And about the see. We are fond of freediving and here it is nice to dive about 50m from the beach you already have 15m deep go more +50 and you have 20-25m , very nice freediving . Also I would like to admin that it is silent not fool of people place ( about the beach) . We are very satisfied and suppose to come here one more time in some future.

Brand new room. Our door was fully automatic with card. The bathroom was designed perfectly not to mention the room facing the sea which had an amazing sunset experience. The beach was directly in front of the property and we didn't had to pay extra for the parasols and thr umbrella. Lovely experience, lovely hosts and I'll definitely be back
