This place is a little gem. Stayed here twice now in past month. You will not find better value for money this close to the N1. 3 minutes to get off and on the N1. Room is spacious and wife loved big bath. Room has a Aircon which doubles as a heater which heated the space very effectively and quietly. Internet was fast and signal was good. Beds have individual electric blanket which are great since it's and I have vastly different heat requirements. Check-in was effective with gate code and lockbox so we could arrive at our own convenience. Safety is of a high standard and we felt absolutely safe. Room had ample selection of coffee and tea. A microwave and fridge/freezer also provided.
Honestly there is nothing not to like.

The room is well equipped. It has nice linen, towels, utensils. The tv, shower, microwave and bath are nice. The parking is spacious. It is also in a quiet neighbourhood.
The gate didn't work. The bath was blocked and leaked on the floor. The owner "chased us out" because check out is at 9am - what 9am - but there was no power and now water pressure from 4am so she couldn't even give us 1 hour more leniency...
