Our room was really beautiful and clean and comfy. Bed was also really comfy. Bathroom spacious and clean.

Beautiful in every way

As a woman I need to sit at a dressing table in front of a mirror to dry and style my hair and apply my makeup. No dressing table or chair.

The room was tastefully decorated. Even though the room was not very big, it was equipped with everything you needed for an overnight stay. The air-conditioning was great, as the Karoo can get quite cold in winter. Quality linen is used. Private secure parking is available.

Location very good and rooms were verty clean and a nice size. Disney and Netflix was a welcome bonus.

The bathroom door clould not be closed at all and it was very difficult to open and close the main entry door as well. We brought this to the attention of the person on duty, who tried to use a plane on the door so that it could close, but the equipment failed as well. This is a problem we find with many short-term stays - lack of attention to detail. If the main entry door was very tricky to open and close, how was this not picked up? Surely every room is checked before guests come in? The main problem was the bathroom door as it could not be closed, resulting in a lack of privacy.
