The area is lovely- Nieu Bethesda is a blast from the past.
No soap provided. No internet/ WiFi provided. Smells musty- probably due to the old wood- some would find this rustic and pleasant

We had a short, but very enjoyable stay at Aandster. The house was clean, had all the necessities for self catering and our host was communicative and very friendly. The fireplace was a lifesaver for the cold winter night, and there were electric blankets and heaters - what a bonus! There is a charming little garden too.
The two bunkbeds are very tall, wobble a bit (I wasn't worried about them falling over, but they felt slightly unstable) and had no side railings on the top bunk, so I would only let older children sleep on the top. Other than that what you see on the photos is what you get, and we were very happy with the accommodation!
