The location is good.
The water in the sink doesn't go down on our arrival! We finally made it work but it was leaking a bit. The bathroom door is designed in a way that if doesn't cover all the way, so water comes to the living room unless you are very very cautious! There is only AC in the living room and the bedrooms has no AC, so you have to leave the bedroom doors open to keep it cool. I believe it is normal in Italy or Europe. However, when the weather is super hot, it really doesn't help.

The location is so great! It’s a very close by exit to the water taxi , great if you have kids and bug luggages
I love that it has 2 bathrooms and a washer!
It doesn’t have a dryer and doesn’t have an ac in the bedrooms, just one in the living room. It’s a little old.
