Very central, everything we wanted to do and see was easily accessible.

La ubicació molt cèntrica i tranquil a la vegada. L'atenció de Maria Cioccina a l'arribar i abans de començar el viatge.
Els matalassos dels llits petits s'haurien de canviar. Són molt incòmodes i deformats.

Het was een zeer ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Rustige en zeer centrale locatie. Goede communicatie met de host.
Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig maar het appartement was verouderd, al was het op zich wel proper. Toch zijn er enkele kleine zaken op vlak van comfort die zouden kunnen worden verbeterd. Er was een rioolgeur in de grote badkamer. De douchekoppen zijn aan vervanging toe en het tapijt in de eetkamer stonk. In tegenstelling tot de eenpersoonsbedden met dekbed beschikte het tweepersoonsbed over verschillende losse dekens. Een dekbed zou het slaapcomfort nochtans sterk verbeteren.

Excellent emplacement, au calme du Venise touristique mais proche des sites emblématiques tels que le Rialto ou la place St Marc. Bonne communication avec Maria pour la remise des clés malgré notre arrivée tardive (supplément de 50€ à noter aussi, mais normal).
Seuls les matelas de la chambre principale sont confortables. Les couchages simples des 2 autres chambre sont à changer rapidement (matelas et sommiers) car il n’est pas possible de faire des nuits correctes dans ces chambres ni pour un adulte ni pour un enfant malheureusement.
