It is a wonderful property in the very center of Venezia - it is extremely spacious and has all the necessary facilities. Everything is nearby. We strongly recommend staying there.

Zwei Supermärkte sind bequem in 5–7 Minuten erreichbar. Die wichtigsten Attraktionen befinden sich nur 10 bis höchstens 25 Minuten entfernt. Ein Bäcker direkt unter dem Haus sowie zahlreiche gastronomische Angebote in der Umgebung sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort.
Anfangs war es ziemlich kühl, da die Heizung etwas Zeit benötigte, um die Räume ausreichend zu erwärmen. Im Bad beim Eingang fiel ein leichter, eigenartiger Geruch auf. Das Badezimmer im oberen Bereich war dagegen einwandfrei.
