Erta Apartments Flat & Suite

It is located conveniently 15-20 minutes to town. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. The place was relevantly clean. Communication with host was prompt.

There was no washing machine as listed - when asked, the host advised it was apparently broken by the previous guests and is located on a different floor. Even if there was a washing machine, the washing line is located outside the kitchen window which looks onto the Main Street and is not under cover (it was raining during our stay so we could not hang up our washing on the line that we paid to wash ourselves). There was also about 3 clothes pegs in the kitchen (which leads me to believe the washing machine has been non operational for a while, also based on prior guest reviews). The nearest self laundry is 15-20 minutes walk. The bathroom window does not have a blind so there is a direct view of the shower. The air conditioner in the lounge room leaks water and leaves a musty / mouldy smell. The kitchen and bathroom water facets were hanging on by a thread, very flimsy and not screwed in. The toilet also was missing the buttons to flush.
